Return Policy
At Show Stoppin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:
Saddle Blanket Returns

Customers must contact Show Stoppin within 3 days of receiving their blanket to request a return authorization.

Blankets must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt with return authorization to be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Blankets returned after 7 days but within 30 days will be issued store credit only.

All blanket sales become final after 30 days of purchase.
Garment Returns (Show Shirts, Jackets, etc.)

Contact Jewl within 3 days of receiving your garment to request a return authorization.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping).

Garments returned after 7 days but within 14 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns received without authorization or after 14 days will be issued store credit only.

All garment sales become final after 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags if applicable).
Final Sale Items

Custom Orders (show pads, vests, or specially made items) are final sale.

Clearance items, sale blankets, and event purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Show Blanket Reorder & Cancellation Policy
At Show Stoppin, each show blanket is carefully curated and stocked in limited quantities to ensure quality and exclusivity. Because of this, all reorders and cancellations are subject to the following policy:
Reorders

Reorders are welcome, but due to the limited nature of our products, availability is not guaranteed.

Customers are encouraged to place reorders promptly to secure desired styles and colors.
Cancellations

If an order is canceled before fulfillment, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

The remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is processed.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Why a Restocking Fee?
Our show blankets require time, handling, and resources to prepare for shipment. The 30% restocking fee helps cover administrative costs, inventory management, and holding time of reserved items.
